This will be a photographic reel of my meal at Kokkeriet in Copenhagen.

World ranking: 1 Michelin star.
Menu: Small menu 11 courses (900DKK, approx. $170AUD). The larger menu is available at $1200DKK, for additional 4 courses. P.S. this is not including the amuse bouches!

Rating: Yummy+2. An exceptionally superb meal deserving of its Michelin star rating, complimented by old-school refined service. Overall, Kokkeriet offers an experience that is not far behind that of neighbouring Geranium.

Oat, havgus cheese, almonds
Cod, vinegar, mustard
Smoked salmon, sour cream
Beetroot, duck liver, chocolate
Game meatball, barbeque sauce
Green asparagus, shrimp gel

Menu:
Crab, fresh cheese, chamomile
White asparagus, hen egg, herbs
Spring cabbage, scallop, clam juice, buttermilk
Carrots, grape, trout roe
Tongue, peas, horseradish
Wing, rhubarb, pickled cucumber
Duck heart, mushrooms, gammel Dansk
Potato, cream, smoked ham from Skagen
Pig, mash, onion, bacon
Sweet bread, lemon mousse, meringue, verbena
Anise, berries, beetroot, nougatine
