Driving through the Italian countryside

Driving through the northern Italian countryside we bask in the warm spring sun, and take in the rolling hills and lush greens. On our way to Venice we pass through the little town of Sirmione residing on the southern shoreline of Lake Garda. For a long time, Sirmione was a favourite resort for rich families from Verona and still shines with rich architecture and culture from its various acquisitions – a lovely location to spend a warm spring day.

And never is there too much gelati… mmmm.

Next stop: Venice.
