Al’s photography #3 – Eccentric view of Heide
After a very annoying epic queue at Cafe Vue at Heide (shall have a post on the delish food here very soon), we enjoyed a good sun-bathing under the midday sun. Warm and mildly thawing at first, but was increasingly hot… Nonetheless, here were some interesting photos whilst me and my sister were eating lunch on the now vibrantly green grass outside the Heide.
There are heaps of very eccentric and modern pieces of artwork scattered throughout Heide Museum’s surrounding gardens. I thought the colossal shiny curvaceous structure nestled atop a hill looked had a rather alien-air about it. Just imagine the circles start rotating on themselves around an invisible centre of gravity…
Cafe Vue overlooking the main museum building. Wonder if that slender structure is meant to represent legs??? From a distance weeds appear just as weeds, but when one comes closer, looks carefully, you might be able to appreciate its magnificent colours!
And finally a foretaste of what is to come…
… lucky you, the next post is already written: Cafe Vue at Heide. =P
