It’s a little difficult to find: I found myself walking right past the door…oops. The décor inside reflects a sense of classy-ness and warm ambience.
Turkish bread (warm and toasty) & minted yoghurt (nice mix of flavour)
Braised goat with sun dried apricots and crumbled pistachios – really well braised goat which effortlessly peeled off the bone and melted on the palate like well cooked pork belly. There was something missing in the flavour but I couldn’t pin point what that lacking was – not sure if a component of acidity would have aided this. 16/20
Grilled scotch fillet – slightly charred, and cooked to perfect pink, but again lacked a little something in the sauce. (A delicious scotch fillet nonetheless). 15/20
$$ a bit pricey though
service was attentive
P.S. Apologies for the lack of vibrant FOOD photos – I’m currently relocating my previous reviews from urbanspoon. Thanks for the patience =). Note: all my NEW posts have photos!
